Homes for Sale – How are they being found?

How do buyers find your home? Recently a study was reviewed by NAR – National Association of Realtors 2014 statistics and no surprise 74% of consumers are finding a home they are interested in from an online website. 

Finding a home thru a real estate agent came in at 63%.  Each new home David Ogilvy & Associates represents for sale receives an individual marketing plan.  Being an independent firm, we do not have to answer to budget restraints, corporate offices and where we will advertise our sellers homes.  In 2014 David Ogilvy of David Ogilvy & Associates realtors sold the highest listing ever – $120MM Copper Beech.
